I love it and the $50 monthly membership is so worth it to me to be able to have a once a month facial to treat myself with and give myself some much needed time to slow down for an hour. Every year for your birthday month you get a special free add on service. I chose the scalp facial for my birthday, (which I’ve seen Instagram videos of and have always wanted to try) and it was incredible! Heather, who is my regular esthetician, did such a great job. She let me choose which essential oils to use and the head massage and dry brush made me feel so relaxed. Heather also gave me a neck, shoulder and arm massage which was great. She is so sweet and I love chatting with her. I would highly recommend Inclusive Aesthetics and Heather! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the front desk people are so friendly and kind. I was going to a larger chain and had to pay like $1,000 upfront. Shana provides the best skincare available and she's always game to educate me about my skin. Inclusive has provided me with the most relaxing and results based facials, they've painlessly removed skin tags, botox'd my jaw muscles when I was stressed out and grinding my teeth in my sleep, and are always understanding of concerns for Queer people (like will this feminize my jawline? answer was yes but temporary and worth it for the relief). Big thanks to Brogan who is often the first sunshiny face I see when I walk in and who goes out of their way to ensure everyone has a safe and restorative experience. Also have become obsessed with their skincare products! My skin has transformed in their care and I feel better inside as well. I’ve been coming here for months for facials, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. I’ve also undergone microneedling for hyperhidrosis, and after just one treatment, the results have been life-changing. I’m excited to complete the treatment and look forward to living sweat-free. This clinic has made such a positive impact on my quality of life. While I’d love to name the staff, honestly, they’re all so skilled, kind, and personable that I can’t pick just a few. My first consultation with Heather she busted out the bright lights,the red lights and the magnifying mirrors so she could really examine my skin to find the underlying issues that were leading to the imperfections. We went through all my problem areas and she designed a treatment plan to target my areas. She got my pores minimizes, redness down and gave me a glow not even this dull winter couldn't dim. Heather is so sweet and has a calming loving aura that will set you mind at ease. One of my favorite things that she does is she educate you on every step of the process so you not just wondering what's going on. She will also set you set up for success and help you get products to help enhance your skin care journey or help you find the right products or right ingredients in products that will really help you achieve your goal. Its wild how much I've put my skin through whether its dust during the day at work, or makeup at night and how much it affects my skin. Growing up I was never taught a proper skin routine or even cared about skincare but now I'm OBSESSED! I loveee how clear my skin has become, I love the welcoming and non-judgemental environment/staff of Inclusive and I loveee love love the products they've got me hooked on. Its been an absolute blessing to have Inclusive Aesthetics in my health repetoire. Physically, my skin is glowing, and mentally it hasn't been an extra stress because I have a better skin routine and its easy and I don't even think about it anymore. They are always prepared, always answer all of my questions, take extra time to return phone calls and very polite. I'm presently getting facials by Shanna and fillers and Botox by Kara Wilson. I am a trans female trying to have my face be feminized is much as possible. These ladies have called me in for a consultation we all came up with a game plan on what's most important to me to begin with. We created a plan over a course of time which I thought was very useful. They have shayna's interior decorating talent on display the place is beautiful always super clean and I love the little coffee area you can sit if you arrive too early or just want to hang out for a little and speak with the staff. Piss is a very safe affirming business for people like myself and I would highly recommend anyone in the LGBT community especially to utilize these folks.
