I cannot say enough great things about Heather! I came into Inclusive for a consultation on my skin type. I knew a little bit about my skin, but not much. Heather did an amazing job explaining each process to me — what she was doing & why she was doing it. She also asked a series of questions that really helped her learn about my lifestyle & correlate it with what she observed while examining my skin. She provided me with a lot of great samples that I cannot wait to purchase! She also wrote down each item & step on a handy little card, which is perfect because I keep it in my medicine cabinet to reference when I’m doing my skincare routine. Not only was she amazing during the consultation, but she also performed my very first facial — & it was absolutely amazing! She explained each step, the products she was using, asked how the steam temperature felt, & truly went above & beyond any other service I’ve ever received. 10,000 out of 10 — I would recommend Heather to anyone, & I cannot wait for my next facial appointment!
