What can I do to show appreciation?

Refer us to your friends, family, acquaintances and receive a gift each time.

You made a commitment!

First Appt. Arrive 15 minutes early

Late once? Shame on you.

Late twice? Shame=FEE ($2 a minute)

Late thrice? Must pay deposit to schedule 


NO SHOW once? It must be an emergency

NO SHOW twice? FEE=50% of service or $50 whichever is greater

NO SHOW thrice? Can only schedule from a cancelation list with Deposit


Who determines the fee for service?

Our management at Inclusive Aesthetics has curated a fee schedule for each service and has the authority to adjust within reason to reflect all technologies, products, and time used.


Are there guarantees?

Are there ever in life? Inclusive Aesthetics is not able to guarantee your happiness.  What we can guarantee is that we are committed to recommending what will give you the best results, reach your goals, while best adhering to your lifestyle and finances.


Are there refunds? 

We do not offer refunds on services rendered or products purchased.

Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.


How can I pay? 

Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express®, and Inclusive Aesthetics gift cards; we do not accept checks.


What can gift cards be used for?

Gift cards may be used toward any service or product offered at Inclusive Aesthetics (some restrictions may apply). Gift cards not redeemable for cash.

Our #1 goal is for you to be satisfied with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. With this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you. And if you have any questions at any time, please ask.
