Shana Lohr - She/Her
NCEA Esthetician - Phlebotomist - Laser Technician
Shana began her career as a Pro Beauty and Special FX Make Up Artist. Since then she has gained almost 20 years of hands-on experience applying cosmetics to all skin tones and types. Shana soon became interested in how she could address common concerns with skin treatments and technology instead of covering them up. Since obtaining her license in 2007 she has treated Trans patients, BIPOC, and a variety of skin types/tones with products, laser, and medical grade devices for over 15 years. She continues to train and seek out the latest trends and technology. Shana is one of the four Nationally Certified Estheticians in Pennsylvania.
She loves working with people to look and feel their absolute best. Not only does she explain your treatment plan, she helps you to feel confident and empowered to be you. Shana provides medical grade spa treatments to correct, maintain and protect your skin. Your skin is your protection, your largest organ, taking care of it is essential.

Cara Wilson - She/Her
PAC - Cosmetic Injector
Cara is a 2006 graduate of Juniata College, where she received her BS in Biological Studies and Public Relations. In 2011, she graduated with a Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Her foundational practice began in plastic surgery, where her love in helping people feel their best first formed.
While in Family Medicine, Cara grew an appreciation for a holistic approach to patients. She not only wants to help people feel good about how they look, but also feel better physically and mentally. Her practice at Inclusive Aesthetics will consume much of the same perspective. Cara is so excited to help everyone from all walks of life feel their best about themselves!
Cara is now a mom of two beautiful children, who provide her motivation daily. She loves to travel abroad, eat delicious food, and go to the theater with her significant other. Her hope at Inclusive is to make you feel incredibly comfortable in your body and add some extra fire to your confidence!
Lisa Manfredo - She/Her
Permanent Makeup Technician
Lisa has 8 years of experience in the beauty industry. She started with lash extensions and quickly grew to offer an array of beauty services including Permanent Make Up Tattooing. She offers microblading brows, combo brows, lip blushing, scar camouflage, stretch mark camouflage, and areola restoration services.
Lisa believes every person is unique and her approach to each treatment is a collaborative effort to fit individual needs, wants and likes because you deserve it. Her goal is to achieve natural looking results that are customized and help you to feel like looking your best is effortless. She can’t wait to meet you.

Norma graduated from Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2003 and has over 20 years of experience.
She has a passion for massage therapy and prides herself on focusing her energy into each client’s individual needs.
Whether you desire a relaxing massage experience or want to work on specific muscular tissues with deeper techniques, she is able to customize your massage session to help you achieve the results you are looking for. Norma looks forward to bringing her professional skills, talent, and experience to Inclusive Aesthetics.

Heather has been in the fashion and beauty industry since 2005. With a cosmetology license and 17 years behind the chair she is ready to step away from the shears and into her new role as patient coordinator. She’s eager to learn all things skin and continue in the beauty business.
